Vegan Bolognese, Vegetarian Pasta and some Non-Vegetarian Parmesan

Dark days like this, I'm trying to put some time into developing my average skills in cooking as well as my pretty non-existing skills in food photography. With a little more time on my hands I got to try out my fairly new pasta machine as well!

This little free-styled session in the kitchen did actually turn out to give me a pretty good vegan bolognese with onion, garlic, squash, celery, bayleaves, herbs, tomatoes and soy protein. With that some home made pasta (eggs and 00-flour), fresh basil and Parmigiano-Reggiano. Super simple, I know, but nonetheless well tasting.
